THE 55 BECOMES NEWPORT BLVD.

CONTINUE SOUTH ON NEWPORT BLVD.

NEWPORT BLVD BECOMES BALBOA BLVD AT 21ST STREET

CONTINUE SOUTH ON BALBOA BLVD TO PALM ST

MAKE A LEFT ON PALM ST

MAKE A LEFT AT E. BAY (STOP SIGN)

MAKE A RIGHT ON ADAMS (FIRST RIGHT)

THIS WILL PUT YOU IN OUR PARKING GARAGE.

 

 

SOUTH OF NEWPORT BEACH

TAKE THE 405 FREEWAY NORTH

MERGE ONTO THE 55 FREEWAY SOUTH

TAKE THE 55 FREEWAY SOUTH TILL THE END

THE 55 BECOMES NEWPORT BLVD.

CONTINUE SOUTH ON NEWPORT BLVD.

NEWPORT BLVD BECOMES BALBOA BLVD AT 21ST STREET

CONTINUE SOUTH ON BALBOA BLVD TO PALM ST

MAKE A LEFT ON PALM ST

MAKE A LEFT AT E. BAY (STOP SIGN)

MAKE A RIGHT ON ADAMS (FIRST RIGHT)

Where to Park:
Newport Landing Parking structure** (except Twilight Trips….garage closes at 10:00pm)
Residential streets (*note Mondays and Tuesdays are street cleaning, you will get a ticket) Balboa Pier Parking Lot
(across the street from us Balboa Blvd/Palm St.)
**For Twilight trips, you can park in metered spots and put coins in to get you to 6pm or you can also park at the Balboa Pier Parking lot.
